CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you may cancel or change your order if it is not yet dispatched. For this, connect with Customer Support on +91 97257 41461 or fill up the query form with your order number and your request. We request you to do it at the earliest possible as we may ship the product on the same day of order too.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We will intimate you via email when your order gets shipped. Please wait for the order to reach you for maximum 10 days (depends on your location of delivery). If you have not received the order within this outer limit, feel free to contact us and we shall apprise you of the order status and ensure quick delivery.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PRODUCT?
A product can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return and Exchange only if the products are damaged/defective, not otherwise. Damaged/ Defective products must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.
If you receive a product that is damaged we request you to send us images of the product along with the packaging in the condition you received it through email to email@example.com, while lodging the complaint with us.
Return facility is available only via self-returns. No Return-pick-up facility is available on the items.
Once we receive the returned products and after inspecting the condition (products should be in original packaging and un-used condition), we would either send you a replacement OR issue you a refund If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
